1. Who We Are & Scope

Blazync Technologies ("we", "us", "Blazync") is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). This policy applies to personal data we collect through blazync.com, our admin systems, and direct communication (email, WhatsApp, phone) related to enquiries, projects, and hiring.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Contact & enquiry forms: name, email, phone number, company name, and the details of your message or project.
  • Support tickets: name, email, phone number, service of interest, and your enquiry details.
  • Free audit requests: name, email, phone, company, website, and the business details you provide to help us scope your project.
  • Career applications: name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, resume/CV file, work experience, current location, and any details you share about your background.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic activity logs, collected automatically for security and admin audit purposes when you interact with our systems.
  • Cookies & analytics: if you consent, we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics/advertising tags that may set cookies. See Section 8.

3. Why We Collect It (Purpose)

We process your personal data only for the specific purpose you provided it for: responding to enquiries, scoping and delivering services you engage us for, processing support tickets, evaluating career applications, and — where you have consented — understanding website traffic through analytics. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what was disclosed at the point of collection, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Consent

Under the DPDP Act, we collect and process your personal data only on the basis of your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, given by submitting a form on our website after being shown a clear consent notice. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing business@blazync.com — withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it, and we will stop further processing (except where retention is required by law) within a reasonable time of your request.

5. Your Rights as a Data Principal

  • Right to Access: request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or delete data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to any legal retention requirements.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data (see Section 9) before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Right to Nominate: nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • We will respond to any rights request within 30 days of receiving it at business@blazync.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: enquiry and ticket data for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for follow-up and record-keeping; career application data for the hiring cycle plus up to 12 months (so we can consider you for future roles) unless you ask us to delete it sooner; and technical/activity logs for security purposes for a limited retention window. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. How We Protect Your Data & Who We Share It With

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including access-controlled admin systems and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) across the site. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions — for example, our email delivery provider (to send you a response), our hosting/database provider, and, only with your consent, analytics tools loaded via Google Tag Manager. Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside India; where that happens, we rely on their own data-protection safeguards and only use providers with reasonable security standards. Project files and communications with clients are treated as confidential, and we sign NDAs where required.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Essential cookies required for the site to function are always active. Non-essential cookies — used for analytics and advertising via Google Tag Manager — are only loaded after you give consent through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or by disabling cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.

9. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the DPDP Act, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address your concerns about how your personal data is processed. You can reach the Grievance Officer at: business@blazync.com, or by post at Blazync Technologies, Tower 2, Assotech Business Cresterra, Noida Sector 135, Uttar Pradesh, India. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children's Data

Our services are directed at businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected data principals as required under the DPDP Act, along with the steps we are taking to contain and remediate it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
