1. Services
Blazync Technologies provides custom software development, eCommerce development, AI integration, and related technology services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a written agreement before work begins.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own all custom code and deliverables developed for their project. We retain no rights to your codebase. Third-party libraries and frameworks included in deliverables are subject to their respective licences.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Typically we require a deposit before work begins and milestone-based payments during the project. Delayed payments may result in project pauses.
5. Revisions & Scope
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Requests that expand the original scope will be estimated and quoted separately before implementation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of our deliverables.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
